1. Payment. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
  2. Deposit. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit is non-refundable. If ZhuRen cancels a booking, the deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new date, at the client's choice.
  3. Nature of services. All ZhuRen consultation services, including BaZi, Feng Shui, phone number selection, and name selection, are advisory in nature, based on the principles of traditional Chinese metaphysics, and provided for guidance only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
  4. Your decisions. For name selection, ZhuRen recommends two to three suitable names. Which name to use, if any, is the client's decision. For phone number selection, ZhuRen calculates during the consultation call which of the numbers currently available from a telco fit the client's criteria, and recommends the number to take. The client decides whether to buy it, and buys it directly from the telco of their choice before the call ends. If the client does not want the recommended number, ZhuRen will recommend another, up to two times within the same call. ZhuRen is not part of the purchase and is not responsible for the number's availability, price, plan terms, or the telco's service. Any re-selection after the call is charged as additional work.
  5. Limitation of liability. ZhuRen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, profit, opportunity, or business, arising from decisions the client makes after the consultation. ZhuRen's total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
  6. Confidentiality. All discussion points and information shared during the consultation, including birth details, names, phone numbers, personal matters, and premises information, shall be kept private and confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except where required by law.
  7. Clarifications. The client should raise and clarify all questions during the consultation. Queries raised after the consultation may be treated as additional work.
  8. Additional charges. Additional charges may be incurred at ZhuRen's discretion after the consultation, including for follow-up sessions, further analysis, additional site visits, or work outside the original scope. Any such charges will be notified to the client and invoiced separately.
  9. Accuracy of information. Analysis is based on the information provided by the client, such as birth date, time, and place, names, phone numbers, floor plans, and site details. ZhuRen is not responsible for any inaccuracy resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
  10. Non-refundable fees. Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted or the recommendations have been delivered.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Booking a paid consultation, or paying for one, constitutes acceptance of these terms.
