This is for you if

  • You're choosing between units — a BTO ballot, a resale shortlist, a new condo — and want to know which one suits your household
  • You've moved somewhere new and things have felt harder since, without an obvious reason
  • Someone at home is struggling — health, focus, mood, or how people are getting along — and you want to know whether the space is contributing
  • You're planning a renovation and would rather get the layout right before the contractor starts
  • You've had a Feng Shui consultation before, bought what you were told to buy, and nothing changed

What gets looked at

  • Where the house is strong — the parts already working for you
  • Where it needs attention — what's applying pressure, and to whom
  • Person by person — how the same house treats each person living in it differently
  • Priorities tied to your goal — if you're after career stability, the recommendations look different than if health is the concern
  • Practical adjustments — placement, usage and layout changes, sequenced by what matters most

How it works

  1. Enquire

Tell me your situation — what you’re deciding, or what’s not working. If you’re comparing units before committing, say so; that’s the floor plan review.

  2. Send the details

For a floor plan comparison: the plans, postal code, floor and unit number, and who lives there. For the on-site audit, we arrange a time for me to come to the property.

  3. Your session

We go through what the space is doing and what to change first. The floor plan session can be recorded; the on-site audit comes with a written report.

The house is only half of it

Feng Shui has no shortage of schools. Flying Stars has become close to default in recent years, and a lot of practitioners will tell you to buy a south-facing door to catch the current period's energy. Which raises a fair question: is every other orientation simply bad? Not in my experience.

I've been on the other side of this. I paid well for a consultation on my own home. I was told the house clashed with the man of the household, and sent off with a list of objects to place around it. I placed them. Health, relationships, work — everything stayed exactly where it was.

So I went and studied Yijing space-time Feng Shui properly. Reading the space through the Five Elements, Yin Yang, and the 8 Trigrams is what finally showed me where the actual problem was. Within 2 months my family's health had improved and relationships at home started to thaw.

I improve a home's Feng Shui by shifting what's already in it — the layout of the space, where the furniture and appliances sit, the paintings on the walls, and a selected use of crystals. That's it. Your house doesn't end up looking like a temple.

Ready to start? 2 ways to do this

The floor plan review is a high-level read, for when you're evaluating up to 2 options and want to know which one suits you better before you commit. The on-site audit is the actual review — worth it when you're serious about improving your home's Feng Shui, when you're renovating, or when you want to know exactly what to do with each space within your home.

Floor plan review

A high-level read worked from your floor plan — mainly for comparing up to 2 units to see which suits you better. The session can be recorded. It does not replace the on-site audit.

Full on-site audit

I survey the property in person, room by room, and you get a 20–30 page written strategy report.

Rule of thumb: if you're not sure which of the two to take, go with the full Feng Shui audit.
